The Soroptimist Mammography Fund at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro may be able to provide you with a free screening mammogram and follow-up test. This service is offered to women, 40 years or older, who are without insurance and who can not qualify for Medi-Cal.
The American Cancer Society recommends that women age 40 and older should have a screening mammogram every year and should continue to do so for as long as they are in good health.
